At Loftie, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to get a receipt for your records to track the return status.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
